Mark Pavelich was one of the star team members of the 1980 USA Hockey team that upset the Soviet Union in the Miracle on Ice game. And then beat Finland for the Gold medal. In the game against the Soviet Union, Pavelich was credited with two assists, including one on Mike Eruzione's game-winning goal
Mark took his life due to Mental Health Issues in the Spring of 2021.
